Shipping: All orders will be shipped from the United States of America using UPS (United Postal Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). The shipping rates are calculated by the total weight of your order. The checkout procedure will provide you with the available shipping options and costs. Items in-stock ship within 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery guarantee: Once the carrier has picked up your product, it is their responsibility to deliver the product to you. Please refer to the carrier you choose (Fed-Ex, UPS or USPS) for delivery guarantees. If damage to product is caused during transportation it will be replaced pending an insurance claim with the carrier.  Please note: Fed-Ex and UPS provide insurance. USPS does not provide insurance.

Out of stock products: You should not be able to add products out stock to your shopping cart however if our inventory management is incorrect and you order a product that in fact is out of stock, your order will not be sent until we can fulfill your complete order and we will do our best to notify you.

Tracking: If the shipping method you select provides tracking, the carrier will send an email with a tracking number to the email account you provide during purchase. Please note that if you have SPAM protection on your email account, you may not receive this email.

Returns: All sales are final. We may accept returns under special circumstances, however you must contact our office, info@eckharttolle.com, within 30 days of purchase to request permission. We will give you instructions on how to send your return. Please follow these instructions carefully, if they are not followed, your return will incur customs/duty charges that will result in the package being refused and returned to you. If the product is not in its original condition or has been opened or used, no refund will be issued. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective products: Please contact our office for a replacement, info@eckharttolle.com, within 15 days of purchase if you have received a defective product. To replace a defective product after 15 days of receipt the product will need to be returned in order to receive a replacement, we do not replace scratched or mishandled CDs and DVDs.
 
 

 

Please note: The most common reason for CDs and DVDs to skip is due to foreign matter on the disc or scratches on the playing surface, to ensure good quality please handle CDs and DVDs with care and ensure that the discs are clean before playing them.

Customs and import duties: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When ordering from our website you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
