On Sunday, October 4, people from around the world will come together for the First Annual Presence Day, a free global gathering hosted by The Eckhart Tolle Foundation, devoted to Stillness, awareness, and the simple experience of being fully here. Launched in honor of the Foundation’s 10th anniversary, it invites the world to participate in a shared day of pause.

Each fall, Presence Day invites individuals, schools, wellness communities, and organizations around the world to participate in an experience of Presence through nature, reflection, meditation, rest from digital distractions, and more.
